This is a great opportunity to be as creative as you want. If you feel like going simple, just wear your favorite player's jersey. Our picks to dress up as are Mario Balotelli, Cristiano Ronaldo, or Tim Howard. You can't be Balotelli without the infamous mohawk and just wear all green with goalie gloves to be Tim Howard. Dress up in a nice suit and slick your hair back to get Ronaldo's look.

5. Concessions Vendor

If you love hotdogs or nachos this is the perfect costume for you. Who doesn't want a fake hotdog on their head?

End of Season Soccer Party Ideas

Summer is right around the corner...which means no more school and end of the season soccer parties! At the end of each season my soccer team would always have a potluck dinner to celebrate. 

If your soccer team is looking for ideas for an end of the season party, a potluck dinner is perfect for everyone! Each of the players on my team would sign up to bring a different dish to eat, which always resulted in an awesome feast. Don't forget to add paper plates, utensils, and drinks to the sign up sheet. Potlucks are easy to coordinate, inexpensive, and there are lots of different types of food for picky eaters to choose from.  My team held the dinner in various places over the years including the school cafeteria, auditorium, local park, and a local pool club house. Feel free to bring your favorite dish or get creative and make one of these soccer themed foods. Check out these easy recipes for the best soccer inspired foods: 

1. Soccer Ball Cookie Bites

Who doesn't love cookies?! These soccer ball cookies are sure to impress everyone on your team. If you want to get super creative, use another color icing to put the initials of each player on their very own cookie.

2. Soccer Ball Chocolate Covered Strawberries

We love this idea for making soccer ball chocolate covered strawberries. All you need is strawberries, white chocolate, and black icing. Use the black icing to draw little pentagons on the strawberries after the white chocolate has dried to make them look like soccer balls.
